Swiss cheese is a mild cheese made from cow's milk and has a firmer texture and larger "eyes" than baby Swiss. Our Swiss cheese is mellow, nutty, and buttery. This cheese goes well with fruits such as apples, pears, grapes as well as thinly-sliced prosciutto ham and salami.
You will receive a block of 15oz-16oz.
All of our products are shipped via standard ground in most states. In AL, AZ, CT, DE, GA, LA, MD, MA, MS, NV, NJ, NM, NC, OR, RI, SC, TX, UT, WA we require 3 day Select Shipping and in CA, FL, and ID we require 2nd Day Air for quality purposes.
