Extra Sharp Cheddar

Aged 1+ years. Cheddar becomes sharper with age.  This Cheddar has a strong bite when compared to its younger counterparts.  The crystallization within indicates that it has been appropriately aged, and is a curious texture.  Most lovers of extra sharp Cheddar prefer to eat it as an accompaniment to crackers or in a bite size piece at the side of their salad or dinner plate.

All of our products are shipped via standard ground in most states. In AL, AZ, CT, DE, GA, LA, MD, MA, MS, NV, NJ, NM, NC, OR, RI, SC, TX, UT, WA we require 3 day Select Shipping and in CA, FL, and ID we require 2nd Day Air for quality purposes. If you wish to expedite your shipping, please contact our Cheese Store at 715-689-2748 to place your order by phone.
