A cheese original to Wisconsin. Mild flavor similar to young Cheddar. Firm, open texture with tiny holes. Slice for sandwiches. Shred into casseroles. Cube for snacks.  We make ours in the traditional longhorn style with a unique pressing process that is proprietary to Cady Cheese / Burnett Dairy.  This process ensures that we get a great taste product that slices with ease.

All of our products are shipped via standard ground in most states. In AL, AZ, CT, DE, GA, LA, MD, MA, MS, NV, NJ, NM, NC, OR, RI, SC, TX, UT, WA we require 3 day Select Shipping and in CA, FL, and ID we require 2nd Day Air for quality purposes. If you wish to expedite your shipping, please contact our Cheese Store at 715-689-2748 to place your order by phone. Shredded cheese and Spreads are not shipped during the months of May-October to warmers zones.
