We often get asked by our customers what cheese they should buy to go with their favorite types of wine.   That is a great question, and there are many terrific answers because wines often go with many different types of cheeses.  We decided to put together some great cheese assortments based on how well they go with different wine types.  This way you can buy an assortment and decide for yourself which ones go with your favorite bottle.
